Crowdfunding Fulfillment Policy

1.0 – Policy Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity and structure surrounding Bingeable Games LLC’s publication of crowdfunding projects across a variety of platforms. This document aims to provide guidance to existing and potential backers as to what Bingeable Games LLC commits to them when they pledge and support our crowdfunded projects.

2.0 – Final Product Designs

As is the nature of crowdfunded projects, we acknowledge that the final product(s) manufactured at fulfillment may vary from what is presented to the public during the initial funding period. Bingeable Games LLC reserves the right to change designs of all crowdfunded products up to the time of project fulfillment. These changes include, but are not limited to: Artwork, Game Design/Mechanics, Product Materials, and Manuscript contents.

3.0 – Project Timelines

At the launch of crowdfunding projects, Bingeable Games LLC will always state the intended date for product delivery. We reserve the right to extend or contract project timelines as necessary to best cater to the needs of the product and the demands of the global freight and shipping industry.

4.0 – Address Confirmation & Delivery Obligations

It is the responsibility of Bingeable Games LLC to ship orders to the address entered into the elected Pledge Manager system.

• Backer Responsibility: The backer is solely responsible for ensuring their correct address is updated within the system before the "Address Lock" deadline.

• Fees: Backers are responsible for all additional import duties, VAT, and customs fees.

• Failure to Confirm: Failure to confirm a mailing address prior to the final deadline will be taken as agreement that all obligations have been met by Bingeable Games LLC.

5.0 – Resending Missing or Damaged Products

• Missing Items: Backers must contact hello@bingeable.games within 14 days of receiving an order to report missing items.

• Damaged Items: Backers must provide photographic evidence of damage within 14 days of receipt. Bingeable Games LLC reserves the sole right to determine if a replacement is warranted based on the severity of the damage.

6.0 – Incorrect Addresses

Bingeable Games LLC is under no obligation to resend orders to addresses not listed in the elected Pledge Manager. Requests for changes after addresses have been locked are not guaranteed and are subject to the sole discretion of the company.

7.0 – Selection of Fulfillment Partners

Bingeable Games LLC reserves the right to select, change, or replace any third-party logistics (3PL) providers, shipping carriers, or crowdfunding fulfillment platforms (including but not limited to Pledge Managers such as BackerKit, Hivemill, or similar services) at any time. This decision remains at the sole discretion of Bingeable Games LLC and may be executed without prior notice to backers. Any such change will be made with the intent of maintaining project viability or improving delivery efficiency.

8.0 – Digital Rewards

Digital rewards (PDFs, VTT assets) are typically distributed via the Pledge Manager. Content must be downloaded within 90 days of availability. Once a Pledge Manager has closed, Bingeable Games LLC may be unable to provide replacement download links.

9.0 – Rewards Requiring Additional Information

Backers must respond to requests for additional information (e.g., custom rewards) within 4 weeks. Failure to respond within this window allows Bingeable Games LLC to move forward without that information, considering the reward obligation fulfilled.

10.0 – Closure of Crowdfunding Project Post-Fulfillment

The Pledge Manager will typically remain open for 6 months after the official fulfillment period begins. Bingeable Games LLC reserves the right to close the system after this point, after which we are under no obligation to fulfill incomplete pledges or those with unpaid shipping and taxes.

11.0 – Additional Terms & Conditions

By backing a Bingeable Games LLC or affiliated crowdfunding project, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this policy.
